Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

If early check-in is required, it will be reviewed in accordance with your reservation, and if availability is available, the room will be assigned free of charge. The same applies to late check-out.

EARLY DEPARTURES

The organizing committee agrees to notify guests that early departures will incur a charge of the TOTAL amount of the reserved stay plus taxes to the master account or individual guarantees, as applicable.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

Any early arrival and/or late departure in addition to what is stated in this contract will not waive the no-show fee nor will it be added to the pick-up fee for the day per day according to the cancellation policies, since the blocking in the contract was requested with a specific number of rooms per night.

CANCELLATIONS

After February 27, 2026, any cancellation received will result in a penalty charge for the full stay, plus taxes, as a no-show.

IMPORTANT

Once your payment has been completed, either via Stripe,  PayPal or bank transfer, it will be reflected in ICOLD Mexico’s account within 48 to 72 business hours.

If an invoice was requested, it will be issued and sent once the payment has been confirmed.
